I just finished my second day of CrossFit and I’m honestly so happy I joined. From day one, everyone made me feel welcome and supported. The coaches explain everything clearly and push you in the best way. I’m excited to keep coming back and reach my goals here!💪👏😊
Great gym and community. I felt welcome the entire time I was there, and saw some great progress too. 👍 Really glad I got to spend a few month with them.
I started going to this gym about a month ago, and I already love it. The staff are friendly ,and members are kind and supportive. I am not very strong yet and can’t do what others can, but the coach encourages me to go at my own pace,which I really appreciate. I hope to get stronger in the next couple of months. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and motivating fitness environment.
